Chef Dinner Series: Part Three - A Preview to Oktoberfest

Tuesday 15th September | £95 per person

Dating back to 1810, Oktoberfest began as a royal wedding celebration in Munich and has since become one of the world’s most iconic festivals, renowned for its rich culinary traditions, exceptional beers and warm Bavarian hospitality.

Ahead of our annual German Gymnasium’s Oktoberfest celebrations launching on Friday 18th September, join us for an exclusive one-night-only Chef Dinner hosted by Executive Head Chef Alex Thiel.

Experience a specially curated four-course tasting menu inspired by the flavours of Bavaria, with each dish paired with a carefully selected German or Austrian wine with a welcome glass of sparkling, Sekt. Throughout the evening, Chef Alex will introduce each course, sharing the inspiration behind the menu, the seasonal ingredients and the traditions that have shaped Oktoberfest cuisine.

Three women in traditional Bavarian dresses smile and hold large mugs of beer outdoors, with greenery and a building in the background.
