Our exclusive, Chef-led dinner showcases the finest white asparagus of the season—meticulously peeled, prepared, and presented across four courses.

Each of the four dishes is paired with a selection of Austrian and German wines, chosen to complement the taste of this celebrated spring ingredient. Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail of Monkey 47 with an asparagus twist, setting the tone.

Throughout the evening Chef Alex will guide you through each course, sharing his stories, techniques, and traditions and offering a rare insight into one of Germany’s most cherished culinary ingredients.
